I. Guangdong Region

From 0:00 on February 11, 2026 to 24:00 on February 14, 2026, and from 0:00 on February 21, 2026 to 24:00 on February 23, 2026, expressways within Guangdong Province are subject to restrictions.

II. Zhejiang Region

As of February 3, 2026, Zhejiang Province has not issued a unified notice on the restrictions for dangerous goods transport vehicles during the Spring Festival. Some regions have implemented targeted management measures:

Lu'an District, Huzhou: Since February 1, 2026, some areas in the central urban area of Lu'an District are subject to restrictions 24 hours a day.

Taizhou Economic Development Zone, Jiaojiang District: Since December 1, 2025, some areas are subject to restrictions from 7:00 to 9:00 and 16:30 to 18:00 every day.

III. Ningbo

From 0:00 on February 15 to 24:00 on February 23, 2026, some expressway sections and urban roads within the city are subject to restrictions during the Spring Festival period.

IV. Shanghai, Jiangsu Region

From 0:00 on February 15 to 24:00 on February 23, 2026, expressways within Shanghai and Jiangsu Province are subject to restrictions.

V. Qingdao Region

From 0:00 on February 15 to 24:00 on February 23, 2026, expressways within Qingdao are subject to restrictions.
